Due to the many requests I would like to briefly explain how Our group will form.
We see ourselves as an independent community (political and trade union) which to train all drivers as well as staff from the audit is.
team leader, Expeditors, transport leaders and other colleagues in the management area will NOT work for us.
One of my interviewees put it very aptly: We recruit from the infantry.
Update:
An employee in middle management (team leader, Expeditor, ...) is the direct link between the employees as drivers / workshop and factory.
The responsibilities placed on it are usually in direct contrast to the work as a works council.
We believe that with a dual function (for example, while team leaders and council) there is a conflict of interest .
